1. Manufacturing & Technical Standards
All safety, laminated, insulated, and ballistic glass units manufactured by Super Safety Solution are fabricated according to confirmed technical drawings, thickness tolerances (±1.5mm), and requested protection standards (NIJ 0108.01 / IS 17051 / BR2-BR7 specs).
2. Quotations & Pricing
Official quotations issued by Super Safety Solution are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Prices are quoted ex-factory (Sonipat, Haryana) exclusive of applicable taxes, GST, shipping, and specialized wooden crate packing unless explicitly itemized.
3. Custom Fabrication & Tolerances
Because safety and ballistic glass panels are custom-laminated and tempered to exact customer dimensions, order modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted once glass cutting, edging, or autoclaving has commenced.
4. Inspection & Quality Assurance
Customers or authorized representatives are entitled to inspect completed shipments prior to dispatch at our Sonipat manufacturing facility. All laboratory test reports (CFSL / ICAT / DRDO protocols) are provided upon request for relevant defense and bank orders.
5. Jurisdiction
All sales contracts, invoices, and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
